My client is a UK leader within the Leisure and Hospitality sector.

If you’re a motivated, hands-on Senior Website Project Manager with a strong command of WordPress, experience in web/digital strategy, and a passion for improving user experiences, we invite you to apply.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Regularly updating and maintaining website content to support trading, promotions, new products, timetable changes, etc.
• Developing and managing the web/digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Leading feature and functionality development and launches to enhance the websites’ user experience.
• Managing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, both technical and content-related.
• Enhancing user and customer experience to improve conversion rates and overall satisfaction.
• Implementing conversion optimization strategies to maximize website performance.
• While CRM skills are not mandatory, having experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus and will give candidates an advantage.

Skills & Technology requirements:

• Comfortable with website updates, with a willingness to explore automation and simplification.
• Proficient in product management and project management.
• Ability to build, manage, and deploy a comprehensive roadmap.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in WordPress CMS (mandatory).
• Familiarity with ROLLER Software (booking engine) or similar (preferred).
