Interim Head of E-Commerce Interim

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading a business within the services sector who are going through exponential growth on a 6 month contract. You will be responsible for the launch of the new website, looking at CX and UX (content, navigation, user journeys and experience).

You will have experience of launching B2C consumer websites, ideally in the service sector, have a good understanding of what good looks like from a design, features, structure, and sight map and has a good blend of product and Project management skills, including strong agency management skills.

Experience within Retail, Travel & Hospitality is essential.

Key Skills:

• Head of E-Commerce level experience
• Experience of launching B2C consumer websites in the service sector (not product)
• Product Management skills – knows what a good website should look like, design, features, structure, sight map
• Project Management skills – know the work that needs done to get a website live across the broader enterprise – consumer research, consumer testing, IT integration, UAT testing, cut-over planning, launch & bedding in
• Content Creation/ Copywriting skills would be useful – we are a big content play & we have no copywriting skills in the business
• Pro-active and used to working in pacey, PE, environment
