Head of Customer Insights Interim

I have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading a business within the services sector who are going through exponential growth. You will be responsible for setting up a customer research/insights department, that will conduct customer/market research, develop segmentation/customer profile, and develop and integrate research with DW Analytics.

Experience within Retail, Travel & Hospitality is ideal.

Key Skills:

• B2C experience within the service sector
• Conduct customer/market research
• Develop segmentation/customer profile
• Develop & integrate research with DW analytics
• Target icons/postcodes for campaigns national & local
• Customer cohorts for outbound/email CRM campaigns
• NPS/Cust Sat
• Brand dips etc.
• Pro-active and used to working in pacey, PE, environment
