Bid Manager – Professional Services/Consulting – FTC Permanent

As the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities and coordinating internal resources to developing compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with subject matter experts to craft winning bids that align with our clients’ needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Bid Strategy and Planning:

• Work closely with leadership to develop bid strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and tailor strategies accordingly.

Proposal Development:

• Lead the creation of high-quality, client-focused proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.

Bid Coordination:

• Coordinate and facilitate internal bid meetings, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
• Manage communication and collaboration between various departments involved in the bid process.

Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive research on competitors and market trends to inform bid strategies.
• Position our offerings effectively against competitors in proposals.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough reviews of all proposal components to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement continuous improvement measures based on feedback and outcomes.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Gather client feedback to enhance future bid submissions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bid management within a professional services environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
