Social Media Manager

My client is a UK leader within the Leisure and Hospitality sector, and they are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to work with the CMO.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and managing our client’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

You will play a critical role in enhancing their online presence, engaging with their audience, and strengthening their customer relationships.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Plan, create, and schedule email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.
• Lead the development and implementation of brand strategy across all channels.
• Create content for both web and traditional channels that meets the needs of different audiences and drives interest in our brand.

Experience required:

• Circa 3 years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.
• Experience in developing and executing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Experience in designing branded materials for digital channels.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise messaging.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
