Digital Designer Permanent

My client is a leading independent UK professional services consultancy across risk, pensions, investment, and insurance are seeking a Digital Designer.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who has strong design skills. They should be able to communicate effectively in order to understand the criteria of a project and deliver a carefully crafted design. This candidate should be able to collect feedback on various projects and if necessary, adapt their approach for future projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with project managers to establish goals, outcomes and timelines for deliverables
• Create strong visual designs based on given criteria
• Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided
• Conceptualize ideas and generate content from a variety of ideas
• Understand characteristics of target audience and find effective ways to reach them.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative suite and Photoshop
• Strong creative, design and multitasking skills
• Detail oriented
• Demonstrated ability to create effective designs
